Limited Warranty

At Tassei Trailers (“Company”), we stand behind every trailer we build. This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to get warranty service whether your trailer is in Texas or anywhere else in the country.
Warranty Coverage
Company provides a one (1) year limited warranty on the trailer’s structural components, including the frame, wall structure, roof structure, and floor structure, beginning on the delivery date.
Company also provides a six (6) month limited warranty on workmanship and Company-installed components beginning on the delivery date.
This warranty covers defects directly related to Company’s build quality under normal use.
For electrical and plumbing systems, the six (6) month workmanship warranty covers the installation work performed by Company, such as wiring connections, plumbing lines, and fittings installed by Company. It does not cover the parts themselves, such as pumps, toilets, faucets, water heaters, breakers, or fixtures, which are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties where applicable.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: appliances, electrical and plumbing parts and components (other than Company’s installation work described above), third-party equipment, improper use, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, environmental damage (including freezing, water intrusion, or corrosion), cosmetic imperfections, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem, and before any repair is made. Please have the following ready:
- Your name and the name on the purchase
- Your trailer’s stock number or VIN
- Your delivery or pickup date
- A description of the problem, with photos or video
We will review your claim and let you know whether it is covered and how the repair will be handled. Repairs made without our written approval are not eligible for coverage or reimbursement.
Warranty Service in Texas
If your trailer is located in Texas, approved warranty repairs are performed at our Jarrell or Fort Worth location by appointment. You are responsible for bringing the trailer to and from our location. In some cases, we may choose to send a technician to you or approve a local repair instead. Tassei Trailers will decide whether to repair or replace a covered part.
Warranty Service Outside of Texas
We build and deliver trailers nationwide, and out-of-state owners receive the same coverage. Because bringing a trailer back to Texas is not practical for most owners, covered repairs outside of Texas are handled in one of the following ways, at our discretion:
- Remote troubleshooting: many issues can be diagnosed and resolved by phone or video call with our team.
- Replacement parts: we ship covered replacement parts to you for installation by you or a qualified local technician.
- Approved local repair: you may have a covered repair performed by a qualified local repair shop, such as an RV, trailer, or welding shop. Before work begins, you must send us the shop’s written estimate and receive our written approval. After the repair, send us the paid invoice and we will reimburse you up to the approved amount.
You may also bring your trailer to our Jarrell or Fort Worth location for repair at any time. Transportation costs remain the owner’s responsibility.
Transferability
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not transfer to later owners.
Limitation of Warranty
Our responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing covered defects, or reimbursing approved repair costs as described above. To the extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
